By booking a safari or hotel package through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Permit Regulations: All safari permits are issued by the Assam Forest Department. We act only as a booking agent to facilitate this process. The Forest Department reserves the right to cancel or modify safari routes without prior notice due to VIP movements, weather conditions, or park emergencies.
2. ID Proof: It is mandatory to carry the EXACT original ID proof (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport) that you submitted during the online booking. Without the original ID, park officials will deny entry, and no refunds will be given.
3. Reporting Time: Guests must report to the designated boarding point at least 30 minutes before their scheduled safari time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show.
4. Code of Conduct: Visitors must strictly follow the rules of the National Park. Getting off the jeep, playing loud music, littering, or feeding animals is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
