Due to the strict regulations of the Assam Forest Department regarding advance safari permits, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Safari Bookings:
• Forest Department permits are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE once generated.
• If you wish to cancel your booking before the official permit is issued by the government, we will refund the amount minus a 15% agency processing fee.
• No-shows or arriving late for your scheduled safari slot will result in a 100% cancellation fee with no refund.
Hotel Bookings:
• Cancellations made 15 days prior to check-in: 80% Refund.
• Cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior to check-in: 50% Refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in: No Refund.
If the Forest Department cancels the safari due to extreme weather or administrative reasons, we will provide a full refund of the safari charges or attempt to reschedule your trip based on your preference.
